前端工程师Frontend Engineer

研发Engineering · 广西玉林 · 成都Yulin · Chengdu · 全职Full-time

负责企业级 Web 应用的前端实现：从原型到上线，与后端、实施团队一起把业务系统真正用起来。Build the front end of enterprise web applications—from prototype to launch—working with backend and delivery teams to make business systems genuinely usable.

  • 熟悉 Vue 3 / Nuxt 或 React / Next.js，理解组件化与服务端渲染。Familiar with Vue 3 / Nuxt or React / Next.js, with a solid grasp of components and server-side rendering.
  • 掌握 TypeScript、Tailwind CSS 等常用工具，能独立还原设计稿。Comfortable with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS; able to turn a design into a faithful implementation.
  • 有 B 端系统或数据看板经验者优先；愿意到项目现场理解真实业务。Experience with B2B systems or dashboards is a plus; willing to visit project sites to understand the real business.

负责企业核心业务系统的服务端设计与开发，支撑制造、零售、农业等场景长期稳定运行。Design and build the backend of core business systems that keep manufacturing, retail, and agriculture operations running reliably over the long term.

  • 扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉 Spring Boot / MyBatis，理解事务、并发与常见设计模式。Strong Java fundamentals, with Spring Boot / MyBatis experience and a clear understanding of transactions, concurrency, and common design patterns.
  • 熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL，具备索引设计与 SQL 调优能力。Proficient with MySQL / PostgreSQL, including index design and SQL tuning.
  • 有 Redis、消息队列或微服务经验者优先；能接受阶段性驻场。Experience with Redis, message queues, or microservices is a plus; comfortable with periodic on-site work.

深入客户现场梳理流程，把「说不清的需求」变成能落地、能被真正使用的系统方案。Work on-site with clients to map their processes and turn vague requirements into solutions that can actually be built and used.

  • 3 年以上 B 端产品或业务分析经验，制造、零售、供应链背景优先。3+ years in B2B product or business analysis; manufacturing, retail, or supply chain background preferred.
  • 能独立完成业务调研、流程梳理、原型设计与需求文档。Able to independently run discovery, map processes, produce prototypes, and write requirements.
  • 擅长与一线业务人员沟通，能把复杂问题讲清楚，接受项目期驻场。Skilled at talking with frontline staff, explaining complex issues clearly, and working on-site during projects.

to see if we fit.

我们不会用一轮笔试决定一个人。流程尽量简单，每一轮都会告诉你下一步和反馈时间。We will not decide based on a single written test. The process is deliberately simple, and at each step we will tell you what comes next and when to expect feedback.

初步沟通First conversation

30 分钟左右的电话或视频，聊聊你的经历、期望，以及你对这份工作的想法。A 30-minute call or video chat about your experience, expectations, and what you want from the role.

岗位面谈Role interview

与岗位负责人深入聊一次，可能包含一个小的真实业务问题讨论。A deeper conversation with the role's lead, possibly including a short discussion of a real business problem.

确认入职Offer & onboarding

通过后确认薪资、报到时间与试用期安排，我们会提前把入职材料清单发给你。Once it's a fit, we confirm compensation, start date, and probation details, and send you the onboarding checklist in advance.
