我们叫「耗以数载」，取自「锲而不舍，耗以数载」。这四个字是公司名的来源，也是我们对客户的承诺周期。“Haoyi Shuzai” comes from an old line: persevere, and spend the years on it. Those words are where our name comes from—and the time horizon we commit to with clients.

2019 年，我们在玉林租下第一间办公室，接的第一个项目是一套进销存系统。客户是做标准件的小型工厂，报价三万八，工期六周。系统上线那天，仓库的老会计问我们：这个做完以后，还用 Excel 吗？In 2019, we rented our first office in Yulin. The first project was an inventory management system for a small standard-parts factory: RMB 38,000, six weeks. On launch day, the warehouse accountant asked us a question we still remember: once this is done, will we still need Excel?
这个问题后来成了我们做事的起点。软件的价值不在于交付时那几屏漂亮的界面，而在于它接手了哪些原本压在具体某个人身上的重复劳动。That question became the starting point for how we work. The value of software is not the polished screens at handover. It is the repetitive work it takes off a specific person's desk.
七年后，我们交付了一百二十余个项目，覆盖制造、零售、农业、物流、金融、教育、医疗与政企园区。团队从三个人变成了六十余人，但我们依然坚持同一个工作方式：先弄清楚问题，再动手写代码。Seven years later, we have delivered more than 120 projects across manufacturing, retail, agriculture, logistics, finance, education, healthcare, and government and industrial parks. The team has grown from three people to more than sixty, but the working method has not changed: understand the problem first, then write code.

四个我们不会妥协的原则。Four principles we won't compromise on.
这些不是墙上的标语，是我们写进合同和交付流程里的实际约束。These are not slogans on a wall. They are constraints written into our contracts and delivery process.
长期主义Long-Term Commitment
我们不追求签下多少单子，更在意交付三年后系统还在不在、还在不在被用。「耗以数载」不是口号，是我们给客户的承诺周期。We care less about how many deals we sign and more about whether the system is still up and still in use three years later. "Built over years" isn't a slogan—it's the time horizon we commit to with every client.
先诊断，后开方Diagnose First, Prescribe Second
接到需求的第一件事不是报价，而是弄清楚业务到底卡在哪。找准问题的成本远低于做错方向的代价。The first thing we do with a new request isn't send a quote—it's figure out where the business is actually stuck. Finding the real problem costs far less than heading in the wrong direction.
交付完整，不留烂摊子Complete Handover, No Loose Ends
源码、数据字典、部署文档、运维手册，一份不少地交到客户手里。我们清楚自己可能被替换，但更清楚不该被需要。Source code, data dictionaries, deployment guides, operations manuals—everything is handed over in full. We accept that we may one day be replaced, but we make sure we don't need to be.
把自己人当伙伴Treat Your Team as Partners
项目组驻场办公、跟客户同一条产线开早会。系统好不好用，最终由每天用它的同事说了算。Our project teams work on-site and join morning stand-ups on the same production line as our clients. In the end, whether a system works is decided by the people who use it every day.

到第七年。From the first office
to year seven.
没有一夜之间长成的公司，只有一年一年积累出来的能力。No company grows overnight. Capability comes from one year of work after another.

公司在玉林成立Founded in Yulin
三个人、一间办公室，从给本地制造企业做进销存系统起步。第一年交付的三个项目，至今仍在稳定运行。Three people in a single office, starting out with inventory management systems for local manufacturers. The three projects we delivered that first year are still running reliably today.
- 2020
组建独立交付团队Independent Delivery Team Established
设立独立的实施与运维小组，把「开发完就散」的项目模式改成「持续陪跑」，客户续约率开始稳定在八成以上。We set up a dedicated implementation and operations group, replacing the "build and walk away" model with ongoing support. Client renewal rates have held steady at over 80% ever since.

数字化咨询业务线成立Digital Consulting Practice Launched
开始承接纯咨询项目，先诊断后开发。有个客户在咨询结束时自己取消了采购——这反而让我们确认了「不为了卖而卖」的做法是对的。We began taking on pure consulting engagements—diagnose first, build second. One client cancelled their purchase at the end of the engagement, which only confirmed that our "never sell for the sake of selling" approach was right.

数据看板产品化Dashboards Productized
把重复出现最多的经营看板需求沉淀成标准化模块，交付周期从平均十六周压缩到十一周，同时保留了按需定制的空间。We distilled our most-requested business dashboard features into standardized modules, cutting average delivery time from sixteen weeks to eleven while still leaving room for custom builds.

向西南市场延伸Expanded into Southwest China
在成都设立西南客户服务中心，服务范围覆盖川、滇、黔。团队规模扩展到三十余人。Opened a Southwest Customer Service Center in Chengdu, extending service across Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou. The team grew to more than thirty people.

启动跨境业务试点Cross-Border Pilot Launched
为在越南经营的中资企业提供本地化部署与双语界面支持，第一次把交付范围带出中国西南。Provided localized deployment and bilingual interface support for Chinese companies operating in Vietnam—our first deliveries beyond Southwest China.

运维体系标准化Operations Standardized
建立覆盖监控、备份、应急响应的标准化运维体系，SLA 响应时效稳定在 30 分钟以内。Established a standardized operations framework covering monitoring, backups, and incident response, with SLA response times consistently under 30 minutes.

第七年，继续耗以数载Year Seven: Still Building for the Long Run
累计交付项目超过一百二十个。我们依然只做一件事：陪中小企业把数字化真正跑通。More than 120 projects delivered to date. We still do one thing, and do it well: helping small and midsize businesses get digitalization working for real.
